I’m SO back into cooking! Nothing fancy or over 30 minutes, and I hate recipes. But here’s what I’ve been inspired by & a few products I can’t live without:

MOVE
- Still doing these functional workouts a lot. In just 10 days my body feels SO much more agile. I’ve also been getting out for runs.
- I also love the Peloton app for yoga classes with Aditi Shah
HOT TIP – it doesn’t matter how you move your body. Dance, run, HIIT, barre, yoga, spin, walk…whatever…and on days when your body doesn’t wanna move, that’s important too.
