**What I’m loving & learning is a series where I share all of the things I’m, you guessed it, loving and learning in the past week. It’s really a sneak peek into how I spend my time and is a fun way for me to reflect on everything I did this week. The past two weeks I’ve taken a pause. This pause has allowed me to do 2 things: 

  1. To create space for me to watch, learn, listen, and act. 
  2. To create space for the voices who can provide more actionable information and get the RIGHT IMPORTANT information into your hands and hearts.

I gained a lot from this pause and was confronted with a lot of different emotions. You can listen to the latest solo episode of my podcast to learn more. 

Learning and personal growth are imperative to making meaningful change for the collective. Here are a few of the things that have helped me expand my perspectives, help me unlearn, and helped me to understand the rich, historical, deeply systemic context for what’s happening in our world right now.

FOOD

Nothing crazy going on in the food world this week, but have still been enjoying whipping up some 30 minute or less meals. Here’s a bit of what I’m loving. When I polled in IG you said you were interested in seeing more FOOD, so I’ll try sharing some of my favorite meals.

  • Running 2x/week! Yahoo – this was tough at first, but feels so good! 
  • These HIIT workouts from Mr. & Mrs. Muslce are INSANE
  • Also these quickies by Madeline Moves are good too
